I never heard from them In the 48hr window so 3 hours later I called the rep I talked to. She said she just clocked in for her shift and would read through the new information she has and email me in 20 minutes. That was over an hour ago lol. This is rediculous lol

Someone else posted about it saying that there is nothing the rep could do that they were on a "priority" list and would be contacted as soon as the phone they wanted in stock.

Bunch of people got calls yesterday, haven't heard of any today. I think the macrumors article overwhelmed them with calls.

I called today and got hung up on twice. Once while on hold for the upgrade team and the second time when I called back and was talking to a specialist explaining how I got hung up on. I gave up and emailed Tim Cook. We'll see if they respond or not.

I called Sunday afternoon at 4pm PST and have not received a call back, but I did receive the confirmation email from the rep while on the call. I listed jet black and black as my two choices, 128GB only.

Just emailed my rep for an update.

I received a call yesterday. Was told I would have my 7 Plus in Jet Black within 2-3 weeks.

48 hours passed 2 hours ago. I called spoke to the specialist right away. He said that they are slammed right now and to give them another 24 hours. So we will see what happens.

I had a 48 hour expire at 1 PM ET today, but I assumed they were buried (as seen above) and decided to wait 72 (tomorrow 1 PM) before even thinking about calling.

I figure if nothing comes of the call I made earlier, I'll get one in a few days or so from normal store resupply. But this weekend would be nice!

(So far still no 7 plus in NoVA!)

Emailed Tim Cook about my iUP dissatisfaction, got a call 1 hour later from someone at the Apple Executive division. Missed it, but left their personal number so going to call tomorrow. A few other people on a different site did the same thing and got a call as well. From what others have said, the executive member will help you reserve the model/color you want and prioritize your order. I'll report back tomorrow.
