iPad Anyone upgrading their third-generation iPad?

Right now, I'm leaning toward keeping my 3rd gen iPad.

What's the point in upgrading? It may be 180x faster than the original ipad but ios 8 is 180x more demanding and slower than ios 3. ios 8 is the dullest platform for tablet productivity. Other than the finger sensor which is more cool than useful, there's nothing the new ipad can do better than my ipad 3.

I will upgrade..I have the iPad 4 right now 64gb wifi so its time for an upgrade. I already put my iPad on craigslist not sure if anyone will bite..if not, where is the best place to do a trade in on the iPad to give me the most bang for my buck
