Who IS NOT on a yearly upgrade plan?
Why or why not?
The phone charges via Lightning still. The end that plugs into the wall charger is USB C.I will as my contract is up and my phone no longer charges via lightning. I was gonna get an 11 until I saw that the screen is a downgrade

Although I am so attracted to the Pro, the trade-in deal only cost me 400 USD to get an iPhone 11 256G with my almost 2 years old 256G iPhone X...
MY phone does not. I can only charge via wireless which is annoying as Ive been forced toThe phone charges via Lightning still. The end that plugs into the wall charger is USB C.

I'm going to get a Max Pro and keep my X as a back up since it's paid for.
I will be!
I can understand why people are disappointed but at the same time... we all knew apple has switched to a 3 year pattern (iPhone 6-6S-7). The 11 isn’t worth it for XS owners but for owners of the original X, it presents a good upgrade.
The X was basically a “beta” device. The 11 represents the finished version of this generation. It also gives X owners the ability to choose a larger screen which wasn’t an option when the original X released (5.8 or nothing).
The new cameras are great, the brighter screen will be a welcome addition and the extra durability is another bonus. Not to mention, the trade in value for the X drops the price to $699 which isn’t too bad for an 6.5” smartphone flagship.
So they’ve got my vote. Would I have liked a full redesign and more groundbreaking features? Absolutely! But at the same time, I’d say it’s a good update.
