The one from ebay I like it because i hate the black keys and the silver matches better.

Well mate, here's an option but I'm not sure will you like my thoughts. If you learnt to type correctly, you would spend less time looking at them (black keys) and more time reading ;) Plus you'll save 2bucks.

Deciding form over function for a keyboard protector will make you regret that decision in the end, especially when you use the backlit keyboard. To each his own. Just my opinion, but I honestly think you were more attracted to the $1.80 price. ;)

There are a few YouTube videos proving my point. Here's one in particular. He mentions the cloudiness right in the beginning and you can easily see it. What's the point of buying a clear keyboard protector that turns hazy after a short time, it makes it hard to see the keys. That's what's unique about the iSkin, it's colored to match the keys, plus the etchings for the backlighted keyboard.

I see what you are talking about. To be clear I am not and never was saying that iSkin's product is bad, not at all, but I simply like Moshi's thinner, clearer skin a bit more as it is easier to type on (and I like the clarity). Maybe my fingers are not as greasy as some as I haven't really noticed a large foggy effect on my cover. I do like the fact that iSkin offers the option to get different colored covers and believe that helps with its success – not to mention the quality of its products. :apple:

Edit: I will take some new photos of Moshi's product as well as iSkins tomorrow just to show a side-by-side.

Haha fyi the black keys really stand out compared to the old silver keys. Anyways I ordered a cheap one on amazon $4 overnight shipment so cant go wrong.

I fell for this as well and hated it. My fingers kept stubbing on the keyboard and I found that the fluid gliding motion that I was so use to was completely gone after placing the silicone cover on my MB. I also did not like the fact that when I typed on the silicon overlay I would get that dimple feeling when mashing down on the keys. It's seems like a good idea for protection but I also noticed that my core temp went up while having the silicone overlay in place. It really does slow down your typing rate.
