Anyone with T-Mobile experience issues with voicemail and SMS?

Once again, from what I have seen 1st hand the service T-Mobile provides in miserable. I remembered 4 places, off the top of my head, where the service was nonexistent.

If you are happy with the service T-Mobile provides, more power to you. It shouldn't concern you what a guy posts on a message board about T-Mobile.

Just a rhetorical question. If there service is comparable to Verizon and At&t, why do they feel the need to undercut their prices?

Their business decisions along with their prices, plans and their strategy is working out very well.
As you can see AT&T and Verizon were bleeding subscribers and Tmobile was the only one adding millions of new customers. So why is AT&T and Verizon changing their tune after many years and offering unlimited data again and better priced plans? Because they felt generous all of a sudden?
Riddle me that.

I've had issues recently with T-Mobile. The other day I responded to a group text, and it took the other person a good 40 minutes to get my response. I've also see a delay in getting voicemails. These aren't huge issues, but they are noticeable. Still won't send me back to Verizon though! The service was good, but they're too expensive.

I had to switch to using WhatsApp with my one non-iPhone friend, because SMS would sometimes not come through (in both directions). Though he has said that he has also had the issue with others.

My wife and I (both on TMO) also have the delayed VM notification issue. It's very annoying.

Regarding your speed test,
How is that possible? What phone & OS are you using?

I can't get more than 28Mbps in the Nashville area on my iPhone (latest versions).

And, what does the mentioned "band" do & how does one find out what their on?

Its possible.
Individual results in different locations and at different times of the day will cause the speeds to vary.
28mbps is great so I wouldn't worry about it much.
