Anyones Boxwave case ship?

I got an email saying mine was delayed until june 14. so i checked the order status and it finally changed to processing and then later that same day went back to pre order. I emailed them that night and still have got no response and it still says preorder. This is ridiculous. Does this company have a phone number to call. Anyone besides the last guy have their order shipped?
Here is their reply to an email I sent yesterday regarding the fact that my phone had not shipped yet.

Mine has been changed to Pending Shipment, was Pre-Ordered.
If I had it over again, I would not have done the 'free' case. I've ordered ones that are nicer for the same 'free' price off of ebay.

Just tracked mine. I live in Orlando and it says it has arrived to Orlando as of 7/17/10. Should be here today I guess
Hopefully it arrives at my door today. Will post a review and pics when it does.

I got the ColorSplash Cool Grey in today's mail. I still like the Bumper better, but this one does offer a bit more protection. I hate all of the soft silicone cases, but this material is kind of a cross between a hard case and silicone. A good compromise, and no connector problems.
It's not a bad case, especially for $3.50 shipping. I've seen plenty of cases that aren't nearly as good, and for waaay more money.

the craftmanship along some of the outer edges were rough in some spots. As if the machine did not cut out the seams to perfection. other than that...
The bottom sags a bit. I'll take care of that with a rubber band or a 20 second blow with the blow dryer... (Method use to remedy the sag problems in the Black Switch Easy Rebels). All in all... I like it alot... Nice grip on the sides... I also got the Color Splash (Cool Grey)

in tangerine color.... These cases are similar to what Best Buys is selling for $ 20.00 -$ 25.00... With that said... Theses cases are pretty good...
Also worth mentioning.. The camera aligned perfect, although the cut out for the apple logo in the back was a tad out of alignment. not much.. but just a bit. I only paid for the shipping of $3.50... They are retailing at $ 9.00 and at that price, you're getting a decent case.
I had asked for a refund last wednesday and the next day I got an email saying my case had shipped. I got it today and I like it a lot. Like someone else said, it's a combination of a hard case and a silicone skin. I wish I had chosen a different case though. I chose some ugly wood grain print.
I think the case is decent. I have two that are the same design, but one (white) is from BoxWave & the other (orange) is some eBay cheapie.
The orange one has a slightly larger whole for the Apple symbol, & the white has a smaller one. Neither line up with the symbol correctly. The white seems to have more solid material. The orange is more of a silicone type feel. The cut outs seem to be a little more specific on the white, also. Those are the only real differences I see.

Did anyone who ordered the Eclipse get it yet? I emailed them to cancel the order and they still have not emailed me back and it still shows as "Pre Ordered". I'm getting fed up with this company.
I got my Wild Gloss today. It's meh. I like my currrent case better.
It's fine for $3.50. I'll probably donate it to someone at work who has no case.

Got my wild gloss today. Fits pretty well but not perfect. That may be due to my bse full body skin. I actually like it better than the belkin because the sleep/wake button is still easy to push and it has a cut out for the volume buttons. The cut out for the flash is bigger too and I haven't noticed any interference.
