Anyway to keep getting email notifications for ever new reply in a topic without visiting the thread again ?

I wish. That's been a design peeve of mine for Xenforo.
I guess it's meant to avoid overloading someone with inbox replies... but it's not entirely obvious that's how it works. So people read the reply in an email, don't visit, and don't realize that they don't get emails anymore.
Had talked about getting a modification that would improve the behavior.
