A short while after updating to 16.0.2, almost every time I open an app it just immediately "fades" out and I only see my homescreen background. If I then swipe up to view the app switcher, the app is there to make the switcher stay open, but there's no preview or app icon which just makes the screen look blurred...

I have to swipe up to get back to the homescreen and wait for around ~3 seconds to have it come back in the switcher or open normally again. If I instead go back to the homescreen to open the app again without waiting, it just restarts the process indefinitely. This also happens when I open apps from notifications or one app opens another. I rebooted a while after fighting with this, but it came back the next day...

Anyone else with this issue? It's insanely frustrating.

I think this was fixed in 16.2, but it's happened again since 16.4(.1) released, twice...

Is there anyone else who has seen this?
