App Store $100 Gift card...

Well I purchased on May 25th and received my MBP on May 28th. I called 1-800-MYAPPLE and they gave me the $100 Mac Appstore credit. She said within 3 weeks I'll have an email with the code. Can't complain. Really painless too.

Great CS for sure. I got free Bose Speakers.

I ordered on May 17th on the phone and received it on May 20th. They sent me a free case because I told them it was my birthday.

I just called 1800myapple like 4 times, 4 different people, none of them can do anything. I'm kinda pissed because I'd love a magic mouse, and also because when I called to place the order she told me 30 days and not 14. ****** times

i bought a macbook pro yesterday on base for college. apple is not gonna give me the giftcard though unfortunately. i have talked to two representatives at apple and they both said no. Sucks cause i bought it on base because its tax free.

Well he wouldnt give me the $100 gift card but he offered me any free accessories under $100 so I got the Bose Companion2 Series II speakers free.

Amazing customer service.

That's Apple's standard "everybody gets one" policy. A $100 gift for your trouble. They did the same thing for me over an entirely different matter, although mine was a legit warranty gripe.

It may be good customer satisfaction, but it isn't much service. They're just throwing free stuff at you because they can't fix your actual problem (whatever it may be).

so you think you are entitled to a promotion A MONTH after you bought your machine? You already received a free case, why do you think you deserve more free stuff?

Think if I called and ordered today my MBP, they could take off another $100 and forget the gift card, honestly, that would be so much more helpful.
