Zynga responded again today by saying "In order to further assist you, we'll need to know which version of Live Poker you are using, what your Player Name is, etc.", to which I replied by reiterating that I never downloaded Live Poker or even heard of the game before this occurrence.

I had the opportunity to speak with Apple again but they only said what I was told before: we are not the financial institution so we cannot reverse the charges - you will need to contact your financial institution and file a claim.

I did file for the disputes for the transactions in PayPal but cannot escalate them to a claim until the 20th.

I do not think there is anything else I can do right now.

I've had someone hijack my PayPal account before including it's debit card number. The burden or proof was laid on Skype in my case, since I had a dozen charges go through for $12.xx each. The problem with your case though is that the iTunes account is YOURS, and you linked it to your PayPal account. You can always try a dispute, and you have a 50/50 shot. I'm confident you can get the Poker funds reversed though. You claim you never purchased it, so you should have a better shot there. You can contact your bank to reverse the transaction, but there's a slight chance PayPal may just give you a negative balance instead of just charging back Apple.
