App Store Down

I'm having problems with iTunes being incredibly slow with my iPad/iPhone. Anyone else from the San Francisco bay area?

Im finding the App Store slow in general the past few months, I sit there in an "is it/isnt it going to load" status every time I tap the icon.

App Store

The app store has been getting slower and slower the past month or two. Today both on 3GS and iPhone 4 I get "cannot connect to iTunes store" when checking for updates! Same on PC thru iTunes!
