App Store not working on iPhone 5

just checked mine and its working now. i didnt do anything. must be apple getting it fixed.
 
Mine just are doing this about an hour ago, before that it was absolutely fine


EDIT: Just checked my stepson's phone which is also on Verizon and his has access to the store , he is on 4s, I'm on 5

Well, looks like mine now works. I was looking at quicken 2013, and clicked on their app link:

http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/quicken.-money-management./id559831813?ls=1&mt=8

Then once the app opened the store, it works again.

Coincidence? Not sure. But glad it works again!
 
App Store app available again

For the past 4 days I've had the same problem described by most commenters on this thread. And I have a wireless iPad with iOS 6. I tried most of the suggestions I've read to no avail. The fellow I spoke to at our local Apple store told me to be patient, that Apple would resolve the issue, and this morning the app started working correctly again.

Hopefully it works for others as well.
 
Still not working for me. I have to plug into my iMac if I want to download anything from the store
 
I finally just restored from a back up and now it's fixed. I was worried about my game back up stuff but everything came back as it was
 
Working

I had problems for 2 days. I ended up doing a complete restore setting up as new and without doing any set up past the initial setup I did a complete restore a second time right on top and restored from my iCloud and it worked

Side note if you do an iCloud restore from the iPhone but leave it hooked to your computer it will pull the apps from your computer instead of redownloading them. Which is a lot faster then it having to download. Must be a new iOS 6 thing. Its a lot faster
 
I have had problems with it loading for the past few days as well. I finally gave in and restored my iPhone as new and now the App store works.
 
Hopefully it will start working in Australia it ha been patchy until now - now it is completely dead
 
Hi I have an iPhone 4 my daughter and partner have a 4s the App Store has been down since this morning here in aus typical I wonder when it will be fixed it was ok before the i06 I had to restore my iPhone it would not work
 
Try launch App Store tap tap the Updates view. Click show all updates or whatever the link is to show all purchased apps - this should force the App Store to ask for you to confirm your credentials - enter your credentials and hopefully this fixes your problem as it did for me. As a side note I have two iTunes accounts and I have apps from both. If I sign into a different account in iTunes this problem in app store seems to occur
