App Store showing updates, but all up to date

Hi.

Since macOS Ventura 13.0 update (though not sure it's related), my Macbook shows 3 available app updates. When I update, all is downloaded and installed, until the very end where a message shows that the update failed. I noticed that all 3 app were already at heir respective latest version. Somehow the local App Store database seems corrupt. How can I fix this?

I did already the usual stuff. Restart, Shutdown-Start, ...
