R&D, innovative release cycles, prototyping, etc. amount to many millions of dollars and a lot of time and effort. Having that spoiled it’s gonna come with heavy consequences.

knowing he violated NDA and gave away trade secrets no company is going to want him. he screwed himself hard. it doesn't seem worth it to me what he did.
