I followed your instruction and opened the Hello.saver. I hope I don't have to disable SIP and attempt to delete the Hello.saver inside the /System directory. I can read/write/execute the file.

I have to re-do the steps after applying the 11.4 update.Although the article says that it was disabled in 11.3.1, it's working for me in 11.4 🤔
