Do the tips and tricks include how to regain the 50% battery loss on my 4s in going from iOS 6 -> iOS 7?
i LOVED having my phone go below 10% before noon the other day. Great fun.
lol, mine has now gotten worse over time. I had the phone go under 10% before noon this past week with moderately high use.Just give it a week and it will be back to normal. I had the same problem at first and it seems it just needs a few days to relearn the charging cycle.

how about a trick to make the colors not so contrasting?
Shame. The iPhone was always so obvious and simple. It never had a manual because it didn't need one, and with iOS 7, Apple threw the baby out with the bathwater. Now, the iPhone is no longer the universal smartphone. It's no longer "the phone for the rest of us."
It's just Android. If I wanted Android, I would have bought a Nexus (I do get quite tempted from time to time), not an iPhone.
The iPhone should be an iPhone. Not some cheesy Windows Phone knockoff with Vista transparency effects added, because, what the hell? It's Apple. Why the hell not?
You are right, I'm lying. iOS6 worked perfectly on my phone, iOS7 is draining my battery like crazy, no matter what I do(all background items turned off, reset phone, reinstall w/backup, reinstall totally clean and add apps one by one, etc...), but it's not iOS7.So.... I've heard that from exactly NOBODY. I'd try a fresh install with NO apps, then add them back slowly, keeping an eye on battery.
For certain- NOT an iOS issue.

Oh I forgot, I'm lying.
The 5C is roughly the same phone,Image
Apple has added new 'Tips and Tricks' sections to its iPhone marketing websites, giving new and old iPhone users a handy guide to the new features of iOS 7 and the new iPhone models.
The three pages, one each for the iPhone 4s, 5c and 5s, include sections about photography, swipe gestures, FaceTime, Maps, Siri, Calendar, Music, Mail, Safari, AirPlay and Wireless, Settings, Compass, and Find My iPhone.
The pages, which are linked at the bottom of every iPhone marketing webpage on Apple.com, appear to be something of a quick start guide, complimenting the more in-depth iPhone User Guide.

Hahhahahahahahahah...!!!!!!
Omg, mate- so funny. That's REALLY good!!
Didn't you just win Last Comic Standing??
No? Even your closest friends never tell you that you're funny no matter how hard you try?
*sigh* Well, I was REALLY trying to dig your "quirky/sassy" sense of snarky humor. Sorry it's just really, really, really lame. =/
Meanwhile acknowledging iOS's slightly degraded level of intuition...
NP. You obv have a pathological need to be noticed.
Since you refuse to find the ACTUAL culprit.... I can only assume that you enjoy soap box standing in your Jesus Christ pose, pretending like there is some heinous battery demands of iOS 7, that YOU ALONE suffer.... but are NOT due to a weird hardware issue, rather all of iOS... (Just somehow ONLY targeting you??!)
Unless you're lying.
Which I NEVER said or hinted.. but the fact you snapped at me TWICE in a paragraph makes me feel like you're feeling guiltily/testy for SOME REASON.
That's probably partly because the new UI doesn't feel it needs to distinguish between tappable, flat, single colour icons and non-tappable, flat, single colour icons. That just wouldn't be good design.
