It's slow, search is abysmal and the UX needs some serious work.

I also think it feels pretty clumsy to use, at least on MacOS. It’s as if I’m using some productivity app to play music and that doesn’t seem right.

Apple Music really needs to go back to the drawing board with user navigation, saving content, and finding existing content. There's a ton of cool stuff buried under strange paths that is difficult to know exists.
