Wonder how thick they are, big bump in my wallet instead of a tile slim
So how are these better than Tiles? I love my tiles including my slim which fits in my wallet.

Yep, another big red flag for me. I want to like this so much, but that thickness isn't gonna work for a wallet. Early speculation was 6mm, whereas a Tile Slim is 2.4mm.
Definite deal breaker if it doesn’t have a hole and the battery isn’t rechargeable or replaceable. Chipolo’s is replaceable, and has a hole.

As in a replaceable battery? Where did you see that? Because it looks like you'd have to replace the whole unit.

User replaceable. Appears to be a standard button battery, so should be under $5 to replace.

Clearly showed it in the image on screen with a bit title atop that said "User Replaceable Battery" and showed a button-cell battery inside.

Bet it will be like the AirPods. Totally disposable in the name of small packaging. I hope I’m wrong.

They very clearly showed that it's user replaceable. Right there in the bottom left of the feature image they showed.
It requires U1 so precise finding probably requires iPhone 11 or 12.

So does the anti-tracking feature mean I can't attach this to my bike to track it if it gets stolen because the thief will know they're being tracked?!? This is the only thing I wanted to buy these for!!

These aren't really good for your dog. They have to be close by (like close enough that you can see them) or close to someone else with an iPhone. Much better off with a real GPS collar. Friend's dog collar lets him pull it up anywhere in the world, turn on the light on the collar, buzz it and more. Cost $10 a month, which isn't bad if you're really worried about losing your dog. We were just up at the cabin and he was out in the field. AirTags wouldn't have been able to locate him. You can also set geo zones so you're alerted if they go outside the yard and other alerts.

U1 chip so you get far better detail of their location. Plus they use other peoples iPhones to find its location. So you have billions of devices reporting their location, rather than just those running the Tile app.

I'll wait for a full review. Need to know details like battery life, if battery is replaced or recharged etc. Mounting/carry methods as well. That will determine if I replace my Tile Pros.

Curious as to what battery life would be - the idea of using this to tell when long distance shipping arrives (while moving house, for example).
This uses nearly the entire iOS user base, of which tile has a fraction of a %.
