Nice that the wide angle camera is finally 48 MP, disappointing that the 5X camera (which I use a lot) is still stuck at 12 MP.
Without iPad OS, Apple Pencil Support, or the display size...so kinda the main things that make iPad an iPad :O
I fell for this last year going from 12 Pro to 15 Pro Max thinking I'd be content. However, the pencil support is what killed it for me. It makes a big difference.
Are the cameras exactly the same? I would like to move down to the smaller Pro now that I have a Fold as well.

48 MP Ultra wide is a huge deal to me I like taking landscape images.
This is the least exciting iPhone event in years. Hopefully iPhone 17 will bring it since there seems to be big changes for next year.

This entire product lineup launch is pretty pathetic. Between the watch and the phones. Literally the best upgraded device is the regular base iPhones.
So the display is the same as last year not any brighter? The new pixel is much brighter

I have been an apple user all my life and growing up would wait in the Macworld line for over 20 hours to see Steve speak. Today's presentation makes me want to never buy an apple product ever again. There are no real changes besides software that was already introduced. Plus they never show you how to easily turn off all this apple intelligence and onscreen awareness that I very actively do not want. The apple eco system is a money trap for idiots these days.
This year's presentation has saved me quite a bit of cash, since I apparently bought most of these newly-released items in 2023.
I think I'm just going to continue on with my iPhone 12 Pro.
No it’s not.There is a big difference in aspect ratio on the iPad mini making it quite a bit bigger.
