European pricing will dictate whether I keep my 11 for another year. I do like the idea of a much improved camera, but I'm not sure I want to pay Pro Ultra Max (or whatever it ends up being called) prices for one.

I do wonder what having a bigger phone would be like though. For me, it's a trade-off between usability and pocket-ability.

And there we go.

I despise pre-recorded presentations and keynotes. They seem so fake, and they remove the magic of the apparent spontaneity of the crowd.
At the end of the day it is specs that should be driving purchasing decisions… for me, give me the specs at the beginning of the event and I can do productive things for the next 2 hours or so…

I wonder how they're going to spin the USB-C port. Because you know they won't say "we're doing it because we had to."
Same garbage they said about OLED, "it wasn't ready or up to standards for us".

They'll also call it Thunderbolt and avoid saying USB-C.

As for the invite, looks like that's the pro colours and grey could actually be good for once.

I'm pretty sure there will be no mention of USB C . If they do address the elephant in the room they'll say something about increased transfer speeds.

Good grief. Next you will tell us that reality tv is not mostly scripted by production.
Notice what I said. I know very well that on stage presentations are prepped to an insane level, and that everything is scripted. However, they do not look staged, that is they have a more natural flow compared to Tim Cook saying “here’s our top Apple Watch engineer” followed by a stupid CGI transition to a clearly fake lab in a basement and then back to a fake house or something.

The only reference of spontaneity in my post is relative to the crowd.
