I remember reading something along the lines of ALL Catalyst apps are being displayed on Mac at 70% scale by default, for some reason.

In this (probably rushed) Developer.app, the text in the main view (i.e. not the sidebar) certainly looks physically smaller than it should be.

The "D" in WWDC is for "Developers". It's reasonable to expect your devs to stay abreast of your release cycle, and it's just bad messaging to tell your devs "we're going to pander to people who want to stay on an old version of the OS because we think we're bad at this, but you guys should really stay on the cutting edge".

I have 2 Macs in my office. One is updated to the latest OS and is a dual-screen for development. I have a 3rd screen on a separate Mac which is older Mac that can't go past High Sierra. It's basically used for documentation, videos, email.

I would love to develop on my main Mac while watching the keynotes on my 2nd older mac. But I'm not allowed to since I can't use the Developer app.

My 4th screen is an AppleTV. I found that I _CAN_ use this as the Developer App is available on the Apple TV.
