Americans just don’t care about Europe, unlike the rest of the world we don’t occupy ourselves with what other places are doing, as we don’t need to, what works in a tiny euro country is a long way off from what would work in rural America, which despite what the media says is the majority of America

In the US the electric vehicles are a niche luxury buy for select people in select areas

People don’t understand that the most popular vehicle in the US is the F150 and has been for years. We like powerful cars that can drive 300-400 miles on a single tank of gas: Vehicles where you can fill up in 5 minutes instead of two hours; not to mention towing.

EVs are coming but they aren’t anywhere near ready for the mass market and they aren’t even that good for the environment either.

Disclaimer: I know the EVs vs ICE greenhouse emissions debate is far from over and I readily admit I am no expert on the subject. However, there are many articles that articulate valid points that I worth considering.
