This mentality is faulty. I pay off my balance every month and pay 0.00% interest. I use my Apple card for purchases I was already going make and enjoy the free cash back. Don't buy something you can't pay for, especially crappy shoes.
There is no such thing as "free cash back" though, it's just a reduction of CC transaction cost that is part of the retail price.

Certainly there is some connection between this and Nike pulling from Amazon...
Are you suggesting Amazon Prime versus Apple +? No one would do that would they????

Damn, I just bought a new pair of Jordan sneakers, sweats and hoodie (time to get nice a comfy for winter) via Nike.com.

Certainly not going to send it back for $9.60!

At least now I know! Reminds me of the commercials, "The more you know." Haha.

:apple:
Like the moron view, The more you spend, the more you save.

For those who have had / used the Apple Card from launch, what are your overall thoughts on the card? Do you find using it more or less than previous cards?
The same? I mean, im not going to buy stuff I don't need just because I have the Apple Card. I got it because my bank visa does only 0.5 cashback.

They’re not big enough. Apple doesn’t partner with underdogs...
AMD?

Okay, what do you call crappy shoes? If as many folks judging by price then watch this 4:19 minute video:

With their money stupid is as stupid does. Many folks spend for something with branding, high advertising budget, and the like. All the while attempting to inflate their ego with their purchase. Oh, there are other like videos.
I don't get it, are you saying Nikes are inexpensive? $100 is well on the high side for sneakers.
No, Nikes just suck. Every single pair I've owned has fallen apart for dumb reasons.

It used to be easy to know what purchases got you 3%. That is becoming more difficult, the time Is rapidly approaching when we need a listing of all companies that are giving 3%.

I like my the increased functionality of my Apple Card more and more with each brand or company that gives the 3% cash back.
