For me because there is no Quicken integration, Apple Card presents the least satisfaction out of all the cards we have. Because of that we literally use it for 3 reoccurring Apple transactions each month - nothing else - Family icloud/Music and 2x Apple Care. I would not mind using it more, but because we have heavily integrated with quicken and turbotax for many years, I am not planning to give any of that. If Apple does not sort this out soon, both my wife and I might be cancelling Apple Card for good and forget it even exists. The novelty wore out already.

I use YNAB and Apple Card is the ONLY card that doesn't integrate to automatically download my transactions. I'm not willing to manually enter them into YNAB since it's no longer 1993. I kept the Apple Card for the installment plans; very good deal, but I had a tough time with how Apple/Goldman implemented it. It all worked out and Apple didn't overcharge me, but there was just too many numbers and individual line items appearing on a simple one computer installment for me to really be comfortable with it. I'm probably overly zealous, but I want to know what the charges are on my statements... There is no reason for such complication to buy a simple iMac. One charge once a month and when I'm told it will hit; why is that so hard?
 
Apple card sucks and has no real value benefits other than delayed payment. And Goldman Sachs sucks, their customer service are the rudest SOBs.

I'm not particularly enthralled with the Apple Card but it works ok for me. I find myself using it for online payments that accept Apple Pay, which is a terrifically easy way to order something online as far as I'm concerned - you don't need to enter your delivery address, the Apple Pay does it for you. Nice. And anything I purchase from Apple also goes on the card, of course. The 3% cash back is a good benefit.

Downsides for me are that the website is funky (and I don't think they really intend for it to be used for much, since the interface using your iPhone is much better), and I've found that using the iPhone for Apple Pay at some vendors is not always that reliable.

But I've had no issues with Goldman Sachs, not that I've had problems that led me to contact their customer service for help.
 
Is there a website for Apple Card? That would make things much easier for me. I'll have to look for it.
 
It’s pretty good except for One Thing:

reporting a balance.

Zero balance? Months to report that.

Any new balance? Reported INSTANTANEOUSLY
