You probably meant well, but the way it was written makes it seem like Stevie has rabies not blindness...LOL
Didn't you know that you can catch blindness??!!1!

I got to know a fellow student in a class a few years ago who was totally blind - he came to class with his guide dog, his collapsible white cane, and his iPhone, which he thought was one of the greatest things ever - he had voiceover (and perhaps some specialized reading software) cranked up crazy fast (he unplugged his earphone at one point for us to hear because we were curious), and could navigate around the screen amazingly well. I hope I never end up in that position, but I'm comforted to know that Apple has done as much as they have to help people who need such things.

to all the sourpusses who keep complaining about the lack of this, the lack of that really need to get a life. They are starting to become like an old worn vinyl record that gets stuck in a rut repeating the same few bars forever.
Vinyl is making a comeback. Lets hope Apple can do the same.

haha... beer bash. Where does Apple come up with these names..

"The only event where everyone can turn up and get totally wasted" Party time...!

Stevie Wonder is the only guy who likes the look of Apples recent products.

I'd have thought anyone commenting on efforts done by Stevie Wonder - considering his efforts and long standing talent over so many decades would have displayed some class!

I'd have personally LOVED to see/hear Stevie Wonder perform live at ANY concert gathering. His musical talent: Piano, Harmonica, and his voice are truly quite phenomenal. I'm sure if Ray Charles was around they both would have played at such an even together. Truly one of Motown's greatest artists and a man of proper character!

Enough with all the hate. Next time you haters feel the need to express your disappointment with Apple's alleged abandonment of its previous core of computer development and pro users, or your frustration with its skyrocketing phone prices, just remember:

Apple CEO Tim Cook very publicly hugged a blind man.

You don't feel so self-righteously indignant now, do you.

THANK YOU!

Haters, they gots to hate that's their damn job ... but there are the proper forums for their expression and frustration. Apple has ALWAYS been at the centre of music so I have no idea why these haters have to comment on such a thread: truly childish.

Really? THAT is your takeaway from this story?

Agreed. Some members choose not to read the article and just make a snuff comment about the CEO that has no relevance whatsoever. And yet they have no understanding of how Apple performs as a company or what the CEO of Apple does on a daily basis.

EGO Tim wants to be a star so bad, but he will always be remembered as the CEO who killed Apple innovation and creativity and turned Apple into Blackberry

when he was young he must have beaten up on a regular basis

I wish he would not use Apple to boost his low self esteem

Tim you don't need a concert in cupertino so you can take pictures with celebs,
you need to make great accessible products and you clearly failed in doing it

you can get done 100 times more things with Alexa and Google than Siri

Tim that's when you failed millions of Apple's customers but danced in Cupertino with Steve Wonder

this is called Voice Accessibility Innovation "brought you by Amazon First"
