Spot-on. Apple's 1+ Billion active and repeat happy customers speaks volumes about Apple and its success under Cook. And making it one of the most successful consumer tech companies in the world.

I know that upsets many people here who *will never like Cook*, starting from when he became CEO back in 2011.
Or it speaks volumes about those people.

The repeat customers are typically those swerving their vehicle 10+ mph under the speed limit down the road, and then you watch them pull up to a local carrier store to annoy the sales reps about how their Facebook app doesn't work. For these people, any major change means the end of the world has finally come.

The remainder of the repeat customers are pea-sized-brained 12 year olds that have an iPhone because Apple's emojis are well polished, and their friend's messages are also "blue."

People that are actually intelligent know how to run both iOS and Android without an issue.

It's pathetic how much people resist change for the better, which is what Apple banks its profits off of.

What a load of hogwash! Tim Cook led Apple to becoming a $3 trillion company, and many new products were released during his leadership, like the Apple Watch, AirPods, and Apple Vision Pro. Services like Apple Music and Apple TV+ were also grown during his leadership. Moreover, the Mac has been the best it has ever been.

I don't know who should lead next, but Tim Cook is the best leader Apple could have ever hoped for after Steve Jobs.
I forgot to add that Tim Cook has led Apple to becoming Carbon Neutral by 2030. I know there's debate about whether that is achievable by that target date, and yet that is a very admirable direction for Tim Cook to lead the company.
