Too bad for Oracle that most of their case was thrown out and their damages deflated severely and they haven't even reached trial yet.

When was most of Oracle's case thrown out? Are you talking about when the voluntarily reduced the number of claims in order to streamline the case?

More like Android should've copied WebOS, which always had a clear for each notification... you just swipe it to one side and that one disappears.

Really nice. WebOS did (does) many common tasks extremely well.

That's something that CyanogenMod has implemented in Android and works pretty well. It's a great gesture. Also, on WebOS I love the multi tasking paradigm. Swipe up to see your cards, drag them around and switch easily. For me, I find it ideal. I'd like to see both Apple and Android offer that as an option for switching.
