GUYS AND LADIES!!!! I don't know if this is happening all over, but it looks like my local stores have the iphones. I just made a reservation for this Friday and received the confirmation email. Go check the website's reservation page again!!!! I was able to reserve my 7+ Black 128GB Verizon phone when it was previously sold out. (Jet Black in my configuration was still sold out though) but all other phones were listed as available so I RESERVED!!!

All the same stock at the 5 stores near me. Only Rose gold in 7+. All 7 in stock except Jet Black.
 
New Stock!!! Before preorders on Friday I had said I wanted Jet Black but after seeing reviews, Decided to get black (which was my second option) 256, Black was the only one available online so decided to get that one! Good luck guys! Friday cant come any sooner!
 
Seems like some stores have either gotten stock or been 'promised' stock for Friday.... All times available for many models except Jet Black in Northern Virginia, for example. (Let's see how long that lasts!)

Anyone know how long a rez will be held if you don't show? I won't be able to be at a store until Sunday.

We heard that the ones being 'reserved' by the IUP Team for us were good for a week, but how about ones we reserve for a specific date/time through the preorder app/website? Is that voided shortly after a no-show?

Wow I just checked my store here and they had everything but jet black. Quickly reserved my black 128+ and I'm picking it up with a 10:00 reservation Friday!

Check your store ASAP via the IUP link.

I was also able to reserve a 128gb black 7+ For Friday pickup at the Chandler store in Arizona. Have been checking since last Friday with no luck. Seems stock is improving

Just checked again and there are no more...must be going fast or I just got lucky.

I was just able to reserve one as well. I called Sunday and have yet to get a call back but I don't need one now. Not the store that's closest to my work but 15 minutes away works.

I just checked your store and it says 7 plus no reservations available ... did you go through the IUP upgrade process where you enter your serial # and everything? I'm not seeing any changes :(
 
Using the Apple Store app to upgrade your phone, and choosing the IUP option, will give you the new stock (if any). If you do this on your phone, you don't need to enter S/N, etc.

Yes, using the Apple Store app on my iPhone I went through the upgrade program process. I just checked again and there are no more. I think I got lucky.

It may be regional... I checked all Washington, DC (area: NoVa and Suburban MD) and a couple of NYC stores and they all have stock now where they didn't before (or had very limited, like only Sprint Rose Gold). Now they have everything except JB.

Other stores have no change. So, it looks like stores are getting promises of restock for Friday as the week goes along, perhaps.

ryan.lister is correct. I just checked the inventory for all of the stores in my state and it seems like they have added more iPhones to their inventory. I managed to reserve a black iPhone 7+ in the 128 GB configuration for T-mobile. I wouldn't put your hopes up for a jet black iPhone, but all of the other models seem to be available as of this afternoon. I called the IUP team on Sunday and still haven't received a call back from them yet (if I do, I will be sure to post an update). It looks like they are being slammed with all of the calls that are coming in.

You're the man! Just went through the app and the IUP link. All models but jet black available in 7+. Preordered.
