Are you entering that data in the "Tracking Numbers" field? You need to click on the arrow to the right of the box and the scroll down to "Track by Reference" link below...then enter your phone or order number.

How do you look it up on the app? I don’t see look up by reference in the app

You need to use the website www.ups.com, click the arrow next to Tracking and on next page you will find the link for Track by Reference.

How do I know what future stops it will take to get to Houston? I ask becuase I live in Austin and Houston is 2 1/2 hours away. If it happens to stop somewhere closer, I could save some traveling time and pick it up there.

I don't think you can - think you have to use a web browser with their full site to do the reference lookup.

I dunno how some of you with myups accounts shows up and received alerts for it. I had to physically put in my order number and zip code for it to show the tracking. Maybe you have to be a premium member?? Usually when I have UPS packages delivered to me I get a myups alert and pops up on my app.

If you're signed up with UPS MyChoice (free service), and verify your home address, it'll show all inbound packages to your address with a matching last name on them.

It does. I have no issues tracking. It shows up in the UPS my choice app and by searching by reference number.

I posted my UPS scan earlier. I too am in the 1:35 crew, but shows a departure scan of 10:39. I haven't been able to follow along everything. Am I missing something? Are the other members of the 1:35 crew not showing departure scans?

Mine left on the 10:39 flight too. My request to Hold for Pickup still shows as "Requested". I haven't gotten an exception or confirmation yet. Am I being paranoid or will this sort itself out over the next couple days?

You will get a confirmation for pick up when the package reaches your UPS CC Hub and they set it aside for pick up.

The flight planners/dispatchers make routes/paths that will take advantage of the best tailwinds coming east and least headwinds going west.
