UPDATE for people NOT in the 1st wave. I spoke to an Apple Rep just to see if they knew which orders were getting moved up. Now granted, I know we all know that you can't take reps and what they say to be true all the time but, he said there was a lot of movement of people who were cancelling orders in the first and second waves. First wave is Nov 3-10 (basically launch day), and he say second wave going out is 17-24 people. He said a lot of first wave people cancelled, moving up some second wave people. And a lot of second wave people cancelled, moving up a lot of December people. So us second wave people are in a hefty group I think but, he did assure me that apple usually does send out pretty quickly compared to the suggested dates so the second wave group 17-24 people have a good chance of being shipped out next week.

In living in Chicago, do you think if it's possible to schedule delivery to the HUB location with MyChoice and get it tomorrow? Have you ever tried this before?

You're not getting it before Friday. Also, nobody really knows which plane their iPhone is on.
 
Oh okay, do you mind letting us know what they offer as a resolution? I’m curious to know why this occurred.
The rep at Apple I was talking to didn’t really give me information on what caused it, he just said I had to wait for a supervisor to call me back and hopefully get it changed back to the 3rd

If your phone status has changed to "Shipped", you can view the invoice on the Apple site.
That invoice has the serial number on it.

Go to Apple.com, then pick the ORDERS page (the little "shopping bag" icon at the far right on the home page... go to your orders page). Now, log in, and find your iPhone order... and click on Print All Invoices.

This was because you went with the upgrade option under AT&T?

I bought my phone outright from Apple, but my carrier is AT&T.
