Are Canadians able to use the fedex site to find out where their shipment may be? I've got a UPS tracking # but it's like it is waiting for the package to be delivered before the shipment process starts. So, i'm guessing it's being delivered to them via fedex.

I was on the fence and decided last minute to upgrade from the 7 to an 8 Plus last night. Apple store had delivery of 9/26, then tried ATT and same deal. Decided to try Best Buy Mobile and bingo...got in store pickup for 9/22. Same thing happened for me last year when I waited last minute for the 7. I ordered for pick up at Apple store and I walked in and they told me i had to make an appointment to pick it up. I think it was like 2-3 days. I walked about 4 stores down to Best Buy mobile and walked out with a new phone. Always interesting.

Not surprised. The X preorder is gonna be the biggest cluster f of all cluster f’s.

I thought mine had shipped too but in reference numbers I see the Apple Watch 3 order number. BUT my package is 3.10kg so that’s like 6 pounds or something. Is it possible they shipped them together? A watch isn’t 6 pounds alone neither is a phone oh the suspense

Has anyone checked their UPS Tracking info they have? I just checked mine on the UPS desktop site and there are now reference NUMBERS showing and I checked the bottom number below my phone number and it registers on apple’s website as an iPhone 8 serial number.
Way to confirm what the device is for that tracking number. I guessed this was my iPhone 8 and guessed right apparently. I’m unsure what the other 4 sets of numbers are as they don’t correspond to my order number at all.

Mine too has departed anchorage on the 17th and that’s it.
Also have Apple Watch 3 ordered and an 8 plus. Weight is 3.00kg. Shows leaving anchorage on the 17th and that’s it. I too wonder if both shipped together.

If you ordered both at same time that is very likely. I ordered separately because I needed to get the phone order in as quickly as possible (or so I thought) and wasn’t too concerned about the Watch.

Kind of disappointed that I won't get to watching the tracking. Always enjoyed following the tracking when I order stuff online; seeing where things go.

It’s just the check warranty link from Apple: https://checkcoverage.apple.com
I should clarify though that you can only see the reference numbers if the package shows under your MyChoice account and you’re logged in on the desktop site.
Was able to gain a limited amount of info based on my s/n. My phone is a baby!

Thank you for the link. I have ups my choice.
I entered every number I see. 2 of them the ones with letter A both give me a red error message saying this serial number is not valid. All the other numbers don’t do anything.

The 2 that I have that start with the same letter (E) are not it. On my UPS my choice, its the last number listed (starts with the c6) which apparently corresponds to factory. I had previously checked it and got nothing. The link in the OP that leads to a site mostly not english is where I found info, after scrolling down a bit.
My case and charger have been here since Monday. Sure would be nice to get a tracking number

Pretty sure that reddit article is a lot of wishful thinking. Apple is notorious for not having enough to meet demand, like when the Plus was first released. The 6 launch was a nightmare and I garuantee this will be worse.
