My UPS guy stoppped in front of the building next to me and made deliveries to that building and the one across from that one before coming to my building. Was very difficult watching him load up his hand cart from my terrace for 20 minutes before he rang my buzzer. Still, I got it earlier than I normally see deliveries from UPS. Can’t complain. Very smooth process this year. Love putting it on wireless charger rather than plugging and unplugging it all the time.

Mine has a button to click that says "Follow My Delivery"... directly above where it says "Delivery Change" in yellow letters.
Lesson learned. Picking up at UPS center from now on.
How did you request to pick up at CC? I will do that next year my ups guy is driving everywhere but my area -.-
me too....ups follow my delivery still says "in your area" but the truck is still getting further away
Ugh anyone else having activation problems with AT&T? I called, gave my IMEI and ICCID numbers, told me in the system was activated. Restarted my iPhone X after a 1 minute as instructed but still can't get passed the activation screen. He said there was a glitch in the system and to wait 1 day. WTF?
I had this problem because I didn’t have strong enough internet signal part of the drive home. Connect to WiFi or go to an area with 4g if you can.

Has anyone had any luck picking up their shipment at the Tempe, AZ customer center? My package has been sitting at destination scan since 3am and nothing has changed.

If you're signed up for UPS My Choice, you can request free hold at a UPS location through the website. I chose to pick it up at the UPS CC downtown rather than a local UPS Store just in case of a possible delay.
Just thought I’d share, after I got mine this morning, I tried the SIM swap and that did not work at all. For anyone else on AT&T this may be the hang up. The new SIM worked as soon as I popped it in, but alas that’s how they get the $25. Will call to see if I can have it waived.
So glad I pulled over on the way home to activate. Sorry you guys are still waiting.
I briefly got to see my daughter's new X while at lunch just a bit ago. She had to drive to our home where her father signed for it and then come out to my place of work for a quick lunch so that I could see her unbox it and hold it. Beautiful phone. I can't wait to get mine on Monday.
