Ditto - I've spent more time in research and discussions than what I would have spent if I stood in line to get one. Oh, but I got to meet you guys here which is pretty cool.
Anyone has an idea of how long is the transition in Louisville? Mine will arrive at 11PM and I wonder if it can make a 2AM flight.

In other news, my wife's phone will be here on the 14th.
most of them whose status changed to shipped over the weekend/monday morning are in the same boat/flight!!
my iPhone was shipped but now its hung up in clearance hell. delivery date is 11/14
It seems that my package arrived to Incheon at the same time with you. But there is no update since then, seems still in Korea. Sad..
Apple stores in Manhattan NY show that they have all models in stock and available for order and in store pick-up tomorrow for Verizon models. Must have just received a delivery this evening.

I set up the alarm for 03:00 AM Canada time in order to pre-order the iPhone X, I woke up in 03:30 AM and the delivery time was 5-6 weeks. At that point, I said to my self "never mind, I'll just go with another phone". There was no way I would line up in a queue for hours and hours to wait for a phone.
On Wednesday 1st, I saw outside Eaton Center Toronto the first person ready to camp for iPhone X. I decided to ask an employee about the availability: "We do have supplies but it will be difficult to have it day 1".
Friday 3rd, around 2:15 PM, i was again at Eaton Center and decided to take my chances and pay a visit to Apple Store, mainly to check in person the new iPhone X. After asking some employees, I ended up in a 5 minutes queue where I ordered the iPhone X with availability 2 hours later. At 05:30 PM, I was walking out of Apple Store with my iPhone X.
Long story short: did not pre-order, lined up in a queue for about 10 minutes in total (taking into consideration the time I was waiting to actually fulfill my same day order), got an iPhone X on launch day without any hassle at all.
I ended up buying the leather case and the screen protector as well too.
So far, very happy with my new smartphone!
And now they are all gone. Sorry folks, wonder if they just sold out in minutes or that was an error of some sort by Apple
I wonder if the reason why most of us wont get our phones until Monda is because of 1) Veterans Day is Observed on the 10th 2/ Obvioulsy they dont typically deliver on the weekend. Wait nevermidn they do deliver on Veterans Day and sometimes Saturday. Mine left Alaska 6 hours ago I think heading for Louisville. Maybe Ill get lucky this Friday instead

Don't know if I'm the first of the AT&T Nov 20-27 group to get shipping notice today. But my Apple order for 64GB Space Gray just had status change from"Order in Progress" to "SHIPPED".. skipped entirely over "Preparing to Ship". That's new! 
Though Apple Store app still says delivery estimate nov 20-27.. the Apple Store "text" that came thru said "by Nov 20". But then the simultaneous text from my UPS app shows "Delivers 11/15 by 2:30-6:30".
So -- don't know why all the conflicting data... but by next Wed I should have my phone.
Any others in the non-IUP carrier group get bumped up from nov 20-27?

The don't think it's an error. I think they're campers and flippers that buy up the models. Check ny Craigslist - it's flooded with X's and there is so much supply on there that people are asking only $100 over the price they paid just to get them off their hands.
Because in 2 weeks from now, they will not get apples price for them.

Exactly my position now! I'm in Connecticut and many stores have them as of this morning. Ugh.
Hmmm mine looks the same as yours except a day later on all times. Currently in HK, pushed from 10th to the 14th delivery. Hopefully I see the same movement as you from here on out and it gets re-updated to the 10th.

Luckyyy!!! I hope mine goes from "order in progress" to delivered because this wait and watching it inch over from China to here is killing me on the inside hahahaha
