Apple.com - can't ship to a different address besides CC Billing address?

I feel like this is an old issue. I have bought many things..including a new laptop a few months ago, and it always lets me pick whatever shipping address I want. My billing address and shipping are two different ones.

good to know that! but is your billing address the same as the one of your credit card? As i stated, my CC billing address is not from US, and it seems that apple only accepts US billing addresses

No, my shipping address is not on any of my billing information for any of my Cards.

This is still a valid concern. Does an apple.com iPhone order ship to the credit card billing address or the AT&T account billing address? In my case, they differ.

i guess we will not know until launch day. With the retina I was able to change the shipping address during checkout, so I don't see why this would be any different.

so it means that when apple asks me to fill the BILLING address i can put a US one and not not the one of my Credit Card? Wont i have any trouble during the "verification" even if both BILLING addresses does not coincide?

I was able to go in the AT&T account and change the billing address to match the billing address on my apple.com account. Should be smooth sailing now, I hope.

i meant unlocked ones with no carrer. They say that the billing address you put when checkout must be the same as the one of your credit card one, the problem is that my credit card's billing address isnt a US one and in APPLE must be US address only.

call your CC company
have them add your US address as a secondary billing address

it will ask for a billing address and a shipping address. You need to use whatever billing address is associated with the card you are paying with, or it will give you an error. Then, when it ask "is shipping the same as billing" pick no and change the address to where you want it shipped to.

will this solve my problem? Apple will not cancel it because my CC is a non american one despite having a secondary US address??

Thats the problem, my card despite being international, has a non american address as im not from the US, but i am going there in a week and i wanted to pre order the iphone and send it to the hotel using my CC... How can i solve this?

Just buy an Apple gift card with the amount the iPhone will cost and use it during checkout.
