Just got off phone with UPS. They said they cannot change the address and its locked by apple. This is insane. Its still in China and I cant prevent it from going to an old address. what in the actual f*ck

Most times only the shipper can change the address.

Try having it held at location near you. You can’t reroute to a new address but see if it will let you do it to a UPS store near you.

Don't worry about the address. Just put it on hold at a local facility.

European orders are handled differently. I believe they are shipped to a central EU warehouse before shipping to individual countries making tracking different.

Looks like either a road trip or have it held until it gets returned and order another one.

Sounds like a road trip to me! KY to NY!
I would change it via UPS Choice and have it held in a facility in NY.

but try calling Apple and see if they can change the address and contact UPS to have it changed there too.

All the same for me. With an updated delivery date of 10/21 but I imagine it will be held or updated again? Anyone else showing package weight as .40KG? I know they're not including headphones and wall chargers anymore but that seems awful light!

You are right , as far as I can remember they go to the Netherlands first and are then shipped overnight to different countries.

My iPhone 12 Pro Graphite 512GB shipped, shows delivery date of 10/21. My wife’s 256GB iPhone 12 in green shows the same scan and delivery date info.
