What the heck! Why my parcel landed in hong-kong and wasn't sent directly to USA?
I got that on one phone also.. but the time stamp is their time so it was 7pm last night. so the one in hong kong 7pm monday says delivery today the one in korea 6am this morning says delivery wed... curious to see how it shakes out.

I just googled "apple delivery from China to Hong Kong" (I suck at googling things, don't judge!)

And I found an old answered question from 2010

"The iPad ships through Hong Kong from Shenzhen, China, and yes, they do ship individually direct to customers from there. Mine went from Shenzhen, through Hong Kong, then through Inchon, South Korea and Anchorage and the UPS hub in Louisville, Kentucky. That's not at all unusual."

You're welcome, for the lack of helpful I am 🤣

So if this answer from 2010 still stands we may be SOL.

Hoping that the phone comes with the 5G Sim, and it activates properly. I’ve ordered an AT&T phone, paid in full. Seems that some problems arise from trying to use the eSim instead of the physical Sim. I’m going the old fashioned way, with what I hope will be a functional 5G Sim. We’ll see! I have been worrying about this some already, so understand your concern!
I just moved the SIM from my Xs to the 12. No problems with 5G. I've had that SIM for a few years now.

I was wondering if we’d see Incheon at some point. Maybe that’s our next scan? But the scan postings are so far behind it could be anywhere by now! Wouldn’t it be nice if they could activate ”Find my Phone“ so we could check?

I've posted this on the "Canadian iPhone 12 Pro Pre-Order thread", but that thread pails in comparison in terms of views/posts to this one.

I picked up my phone on Friday and today I noticed Apple refunded me back for the purchase. Apple acknowledged my pick up via the app and email. Should I contact Apple or just wait to see if they correct the problem?
Has this happened to anyone else? Checking the serial number of my device, it still shows that my purchase date is valid, as well as my Apple Care. It's very odd...

This is my status.. hopefully I will get it by tomorrow.

I just don't understand how they haven't updated the delivery time yet. Mine still says delivery today by 9PM in Central Florida, but my last scan is the Hong Kong one that just showed up
Mine is the same. We will probably both get exceptions tonight saying delivery was delayed. UPS trucks usually leave for my specific area around 9:15-10 based on previous deliveries, so I know I’m already outside of the window for a delivery today.

Here’s to hoping for a tomorrow delivery. Now I just need to uninstall the UPS my choice app for the rest of today as @Bea220 suggested. Lol

Flight time between Zhengzhou and Anchorage is just under 11 hours. If they left at 5:46PM ET on Monday, it should have arrived in Anchorage quite awhile ago.

In our previous tracking experience they used NONE UPS carriers to transport the phones to KY and it sat for 2 days for import scans and custom verifications.
