I ordered mine this morning through AT&T upgrade enrollment plan, I was very unsure if I got the right phone long story short I was at work and couldn’t contact support so I had my grandfather do it and see if I ordered the right one and they said I did order the correct one, in the order email I got it says Ive ordered Iphone 12 Pro but i dont see Max. And it says its “Delivery by Date December 1st - December 8th” but like if I were to order another Iphone12 pro max it says delivery date by august 13th so im just a bit confused.

Here in Germany you can still pick up any max on release day in store (thankfully because my dad's birthday is on November 14th and delivery would have been 11/16-11-19) Hopefully the government will not shutdown all the stores. (currently just restaurants and everything else except school and shops)

Thanks to the person who posted about linking Chase to paypal cause this month's reward is 5% off paypal through chase freedom.
I updated my paypal but question, anyone have success changing it on the apple order? i added it to my itunes account for "paypal". i'm wasn't able to change it on the order through chat.
Second question, if i'm trading in my X, Apple is suppose to credit me back. do they just refund back to paypal the amount after receiving? thanks
 
Anyone here who get their order in for the pro max within first 5 mins of ordering but their status is still order in progress ?

If you were trying to order the Pro Max, it looks like you ordered the wrong phone from the confirmation you attached. The Pro is currently delayed depending on where you are located.

Right now, you can probably get the Max sooner from what you’re saying for your area.

I know this was posted earlier this morning. But just getting a chance to go trough them. I ran into the Soup Nazi selling his soup a couple of years ago at local grocery store. I cleaned it out, you can see it on my desk. I freaked out! I didn't know he was going to be there.View attachment 1465996

I just talked to the customer service chat (cuz their phone line isn’t taking any calls ... ) and apparently my second order (financed) is coming on time and already approved even though their order status still says waiting for payment approval. Their backend seems to be utter CRAP even tho their front end looks pretty

Yeah thanks so much for clearing that up, kinda annoying AT&T lied saying I did order the right one when on the phone. I preordered the one now.

For the first time ever, I got in straight away via the app.

case comes Wednesday, phone coming Friday, charging pad comes the following week.

Was quite surprised.

Hope everyone got what they wanted.

By the way, I went with the white Pro Max in 128, clear case and of course Mag Safe charger.
 
Placed an order for iPhone 12 Mini 64GB in white today at 13:30 - UK. Order is now in processing stage however I have just noticed the delivery address is incorrect.
Will it be possible to amend this with Apple or the delivery partner?
Call Apple. They will fix your address. But you need to call them now! Before "preparing to ship."

should I be concerned that my order is still processing? Ordered at 8:05 AM EST today.

i chatted with the support here in Germany and they seem to have some issues with displaying the right status on the website. For example, one of mine says they have not received the payment yet and that its delivery has therefore been put „on hold“ but she said this is wrong and that it’s already been approved and delivery by Friday in her system
