I called my UPS Customer Center and asked about the locker that is on UPS property and was told drivers are the ones responsible for loading the lockers for their route. Some load deliveries before their route, and some when they are done. I might wait until the import scan and request it be held at the Customer Center, not a locker.

My guess is our phones are going from Zhengzhou to Shenzhen and then taking flight UPS77 tomorrow morning at 7am to Alaska.

So I'm a UPS MyChoice member ($40/yearly price...whatever level that puts me in). I'm not able to select my customer center for pick-up. I called into UPS and they said there is a restriction on the level of service from the shipper. Has anyone been able to successfully have their packages held at the CC for Friday 13th deliveries?

I have the premium MyChoice as well and not able to change to held at CC as well. All that come up is the Parcel Locker.
