Other Apple.com iPhone 12/Pro/Max/Mini Pre-Order/Order Status/Delivery Thread (2020) [Merged]

I have received no emails with a UPS tracking number or any shipping info. However, my shipping info just appeared in the UPS app. My phone left ShangHai on Saturday and is now sitting in Louisville. 😀

I have a sneaking suspicion that UPS is going to take their sweet time on arrival scans for those phones that left AK at 12:24 AM, flying on a UPS ghost plane that goes around the world for 2 days before landing 😆

Finally got my confirmation from Apple. Shipping on the 12th, delivery on the 13th 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Looks like they are already in Europe. Just waiting to be shipped to the destinations from the central hub in Czech Republic (?)

Ah, thanks. Do you (or anyone) know if I wait for it to show up on UPS and then request a CC hold if that will be too late? First time in 10 years of pre-ordering that I will have to do this. Just trying to figure out how to actually get the phone Friday.
 
iPhone 12 pro max left anchorage last night and no other updates yet. I think all the iPhone pro max are together, you guys will probably see updates when the Louisville scan happens.

I entered my phone number and zip, etc., like every other year, so I assumed UPS would be able to do the same and see the unmasked number, but she said nothing was coming up at all. 😒 I don’t see HOW, but whatever. I’ll keep checking on my own! 🙂

If you have UPS My Choice, you can request a change for a hold for pick up. I think at this point with the new UPS update, there isn't a UPS CC hold for pickup request, only UPS Stores or other access points. What you can do is contact UPS and request a change over the phone to be held at UPS CC.

Never been so ready for a new phone. I’m usually having to wait on an Otterbox Defender to be released but this one has been sitting, waiting for a few weeks now and my screen protector just arrived on UPS. Come on Friday!

I do have it, but none of my deliveries are showing up as incoming. I contacted UPS on Twitter and they said there's no way to manually add them. I told them I am just trying to set up a hold, and they said I need the tracking number from the shipper to be able to do so. I also tried calling UPS but can't get to a person without providing a tracking number in full. Someone else suggested a different UPS number to call to get the full tracking number from them, which I guess I will try if I can't get it any other way.
