I just checked again and realized I was doing it wrong. I was tracking by reference number, which had basically zero information. I didn't realize My Choice was a separate part of their site and it actually shows where it is. Nice!
A Samsung Galaxy Note5! I think my carrier might be exaggerating about it no longer working, but I don't want to take any chances.

I googled my local hub and called that number. The international number got me nowhere..they told me to call Apple to change delivery address.
I normally call the number listed on the UPS CC.
I’m guessing not a lot of customs scans today since it’s a holiday for Fed workers. I’ll hang out for another day on the 12:24 ghost plane that’s been flying for a day and a half now 😂

Mine says left 2:34am from Alaska as well! 2 more days. Gonna keep myself busy cause my excitement level is SO HIGH I might not be able to sleep until Friday. 😂

Not all federal workers. USPS is still working. We’re delivering Amazon, UPS, and Priority packages.

I think it is a crap shoot when dealing with the UPS toll-free number. My first call on Monday was a waste of time.
When I called my local Customer Center, she said try the toll-free number again, and if they won't change it to call back and they can try to override.
My second call to the toll-free number was successful.

I don't think there is a restock fee for open item at apple store. I think this stopped back in 2011. I've returned open items to Apple and never got hit with a restock fee.

Are you switching carriers? Those were sold when there were specific versions with set for specific frequency bands. That could be what they are referring to, but that’s besides the point of your actual question. I was just curious.

Nice! I glad you finally got through. Like you said, it is a crapshoot, but I just didn’t want to go through the hassle and called local. YMMV.

I called Access Point Locker since there isn’t a direct number to the CC. The agent was able to put in the info for me and said I can pick it up at 10am in 11/13. Hopefully this sticks.

Nope. I’m not a career employee yet so I only get paid for New Year, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Ah yes the returned Apple laptop in February was with Best Buy (got it on sale which was the only reason I bought it) then I realized how much people hated the keyboard so I tried the keys in store on a MBP and returned it without opening it.
Super good to know about Apple’s return policy. Guess I’ll be trying it out next week. Set to arrive Tuesday or Wednesday 😁

Math problem potentially solved:
There is a 4 hour time difference from Anchorage and Kentucky.
If a UPS flight leaves anchorage at 2:34 AM and takes about 5.5 to get to louisville, what time will it get there in eastern time? (the other UPS flights are taking about that time)
Answer: They should arrive in kentucky at about 8:00 am anchorage time, aka 12:00 PM today eastern time.
Hope this is accurate and makes sense?

Well for anyone wondering what ETA's are for a PB Pro Max/256GB its 12/4 to 12/11. Finally was able to order after meeting the ATT new account requirement of 90 days. Maybe i'll get lucky with an early arrival, also no luck with in store pickup anywhere in CT.
Yes, but UPS doesn’t work for US Customs. Doesn’t matter, they will all start moving and a ton of scanning will happen tomorrow. UPS also likes to hide a bunch of scans after AK
