Us Canadians just received our UPS tracking info and our phones are coming from Concord, Ontario, Canada. So Apple must have some phones in Canada/the US already.

Import scan needs to happen tomorrow in Kentucky though. Also, it’s a good roughly 8 hour flight from CGO (China) to ( Alaska) PANC - then - additional 7 hour flight from PANC to Kentucky.
Yes import scan can happen at night as well. I've gotten an import scan around 2 am on Friday and still made the launch day delivery, as there was a flight out around 5 am.

How often do you reboot your phone? IOS periodically needs reboot as do all unix OS’s. As programs crash or are buggy they eat up memory and when my iPhone or iPad get flaky its a sign of this. A reboot clears up many of these issues I find
Possibly once a week or so! But I’ve been getting random glitches and bugs so I think it’s just time to set it up as new and sync it via iCloud.

unfortunately, Apple sends mine by Fed EX and nothing is showing with the Fed Ex App. I had the iPhone 12 Pro last month delivered by Fed EX and had tracking notices then. Is the UPS choice the expedited one for you?
Launch day orders from Apple.com / Apple Store haven't come via FedEx for years. Who did you order your phone through?

yes a brand new fresh install and then sync everything via turning on the icloud. It’s the best way to do it I think.
Do you know if fitness/health data is backed up in iCloud?

I normally do a full restore from my old iPhone back up because I like to keep my fitness data. Back up must be encrypted in order for the fitness/health date to be restored. I just never done via iCloud.

Where are you located? Did you purchase through the Apple store? Apple hasn't used FedEx for launches since FedEx screwed a few years ago and delivered phones early.
