Just lucky that you apple store had the phones in stock, all of my apple stores around me are all out of stock

Or stores are open for the time being, but are COVID-19 cases are also going up. Like when I order the phone and if was available for pick up I would of picked it up, but since the phone was not avaialbe at the store I had to have it shipped.

Remember the silver iPhone 12 and clear MagSafe case I returned. For a graphite and silicone case. When I was cleaning it for return. I noticed quite a bit of scratches on both sides. But it could have come that way! I didn't look super close at it before putting it in the case. That case was hard putting on, and taking off!

I ordered the hard clear case as well. It’s supposed to ship out the end of this month. Hopefully I get it before December. I ordered the Totallee case yesterday and then canceled it today. I’m thinking of ordering it again and test it out for a few weeks.

I live close to those Apple stores also, and they seem to always be out of stock. I was trying to upgrade my mom’s phone before Christmas but it may not come until close to or after Christmas.

Thats way I order my moms phone on November 9, since we normally leave town for Christmas and if we order it later it could came while we are gone, and you know that Fedex dose three attempt to deliver and if they can't deliver it then they send it back to the sender. So I did not want to risk it so that is why I order back on Nov. 9 and got the Dec. 1 to 8 time frame so I hope I seed movement this week so the phone can get here next week
Hello, I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro Max Blue sim free on 6/11 with original delivery date of 24/11 - 30/11. Yesterday, they charged the credit card and changed to Preparing to ship. Apple just send an email changing the delivery to 9/12. I’m going to call tomorrow, but is this normal? Anyone else having this problem?

I have the Totallee clear case, and the buttons are very hard to use. You don't necessarily have to press them hard but there is no tactile feedback, so you can't tell if you pressed them hard enough until you let go. I ordered the Peel clear hard case Friday evening based on what you and others here said about it.
Which country are you in? It can be normal. but I'm sure you'll get it much sooner than 12/9.
I’ve found it to be ‘hit or miss’ over the years. Some years it’s on schedule, some they have slipped pretty bad. This year I ordered my 12PM on the 6th within 30 seconds after the store went on-line and it was delivered on the 13th. On the 10th, I ordered my MB Air 16GB/1TB immediately after the store opened and the scheduled delivery is Dec 8 -15. Pretty much a month later. Who knows how their logistics are handled. I can wait, no big deal, just interesting.
Preparing to ship and card being charged today is a good indication that it will ship very soon. I wouldn’t pay much attention to the 12/9 date change.

The Totallee case for my XS Max was perfect. I was hoping it would be the same way for the 12 Pro Max. Now I’m hoping my Peel case don’t take so long to receive.

I have 2 Caudabe cases coming tomorrow, a black sheath and against my better judgement, the clear that I had on my last 2 phones. I’m hoping my PBPM will not scratch it. I’ve never had a sheath before but sounds like everyone likes them so thought I’d give it a try. I also have an elago coming next week.

Same here. The case for my XS Max was perfect like yours, so I was surprised to see such a difference in the new case.
Both iPhones were delivered by courier service this morning without a hitch. Got a text they were on their way with a real time tracking map. Got the wifes and mine setup and enjoying. Had my sons delivered from Best Buy this past Friday before we decided to upgrade.
How much time order status can be on preparing to ship?
Credit card charged today with delivery time Dec 10 - Dec 17.
I know from another orders that they charged credit card very soon before they ship but with these order status preparing to ship almost 24 hours and no change in delivery time.

If your card was just charged, it would likely go into preparing to shipment very soon, likely within 24 hours.
That I do not know. I pre-ordered mine on 11/6/2020 and got it on 11/13/2020, so I was on the pre-order boat. I would say if it goes to preparing to ship, check UPS. If you have UPS My Choice and the address matches, it automatically appears.
When I ordered the Apple Watch 6, It went to preparing to ship the next day (was given 2-3 weeks) after I placed an order, got the UPS Tracking via UPS my choice (still in preparing to ship stage), then the next day I got it marked SHIPPED (still in China at the time).
