Man, I got my confirmation email at 5:00 am pacific, and still not showing up on UPS. I had my order completed within 60 secs of go-live. Yet, nothing.... 🙁

Ya but this is the first iPhone delivery during a pandemic. UPS/FedEx have been very busy and sometimes over capacity. Exceptions might be made considering a lot of carries don't have room to store thousands or more iPhones for no reason. If Apple had a thing with UPS not to deliver until 10/23 the tracking would show 10/23.

I've had tracking before show a date a day or 2 ahead of the actual deliver date in a situation like this.

And I've also seen reports of people getting their phones before the release date.

Historically things have slipped through early, but normally they hold it even if at local drop.

Just for another data point - my tracking shows the 21st. I don’t expect it to arrive early... but I also wouldn’t be surprised. Order was completed about 5:02am (opened at 5am for me).

Also, I didn’t enter anything for the tracking, simply logged into UPS My Choice and it was there.

How do you get to the 2 week calendar?

Well, *one* way to do it is to logon to the ups website. Then select UPS my choice, then, from drop down menu, select "track and manage home deliveries". When I do this on my iPad the delivery planner comes up with the ability to select 2 week, day or monthly views. I'm sure the ups app gives something similar.

Apple has the MagSafe duo which is the folding one that does the phone and watch. No release date on that yet though.

Not 100% sure what you mean by properly, but yes, my order shows up in my account in the Apple store and shows the iPhone "being prepared for shipment."

you won’t see anything until mid week. Monday or Tuesday go to ups and track by reference. use your number or email address and you’ll have it before Apple sends it too you.

What made you pick graphite over pacific blue this year?

I’ve always been a space gray/black phone kind of guy. Never gone for the different/new colors as I know I’ll end up getting tired of them. Don’t get me wrong, I think it’s a very cool color. Just not for me.

I did also get the clear MagSafe case which I think looks great even with the white bulls eye ring.

i currently have the 11Pro with clear Apple case now.

it can happen, but I’d say less than a 0.001%chance that it will
