5S and 6 or 6S sims are different, you will need to use the sim that comes with the 6s, that sim should activate
when you setup the phone.
If worst comes to worst, you can always cut your SIM to nano size. Of course, it's much easier to just activate the SIM thats already in the new iPhone.

Aww, isn't it sad that everyone's phones that have been cuddled up together in TN are now parting ways and heading to their eventual destinations? Bittersweet. LOL

Mind just left TN a short time ago... not sure where it's heading now before it eventually finds it way to western IL. Probably will go through IN or Chicago and then head west.
My two phone took completely different paths from China. Now they've met up in Louisville and are traveling to Seattle together.

I am showing a departure scan for 1:47 from Louisville but I am not sure what plane that would be. My closest guess would have been the one to Denver showing as 2:47 but that plane has since landed without me receiving an arrival scan.

Normally, my packages go from Louisville to Lenexa, KS which is Part of the Kansas City area. Is the route between them actually rail instead of plane?

Plane phone buddies! Departed from Louisville, most likely on the same flight to Oakland. Looks like I was wrong with the Sacramento flight. This takes it to Oakland, which is just 30 minutes away from me. Awesome!

Me too!! Me too!!! We're all on our way home together!! we're in Cupertino too!!!! So excited!

All iphones from the 5 onward have used nano sims. You only need to get a new sim or cut one down if you are on a 4s or earlier.

Thanks! I don't mind activating the new SIM, I just avoid dealing with Verizon's customer service whenever I can! This is the first time I've bought an off-contract phone, so it'll be a new process for me.

UPS only flies to Kansas City on the overnight cycle. Is your tracking usually right from Louisville to Lenexa or is there scans in between?

that's what I was thinking so I was surprised to see it so early in the day, but I am fairly certain it has always been straight to Lenexa.

5s, 6 and 6s have the same sim card type (Nano Sim card).

Interesting.. there is a trailing flight that hasn't made it into PANC yet.

http://flightaware.com/live/flight/UPS59

Originated in Hong Kong. This will be making it to Anchorage in another mile... but then heads straight to Ontario, which will get in at roughly 10:45pm PDT tonight. I would say that this would be the last flight for phones with scheduled delivery for tomorrow.

BL.

This may be the wrong place to ask...but figure it's worth a try. I already have an active Verizon line on month-to-month plan. Can I just swap the SIM card from my 5S into the 6S when it arrives and be good to go? Or am I going to have to go through Verizon to get the new phone activated?

Here's a guide: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202645
Since you have a 5s you should have a nano sim card which is similar to what the 6s and 6s+ uses.

Just curious for the people that did AT&T Next this year, did you get a bill overview in the mail? I did and it said I had to pay an $80 UPGRADE FEE! I called them and they had know idea what I was talking about. So I think it was a mistake. Am I the only one?
