On the UPS app, how do you track by reference? I am a my choice member, but I only see a place to put in a tracking number. Is that where I put my phone number?

At the top of the page, there is a link that says "tracking" click that, then on the left side you will see a link for track by reference.
 
does UPS or FedEx deliver on Saturday? Can you pick the package up at a UPS location on the weekend? Would be a pain to have to wait until Monday

Yes, they deliver Saturday. The Customer Centers and most UPS Stores are open for a few hours on Saturday as well.
 
WTF is going on ? I pre ordered right at 3am Sunday and have an delivery date of 9/25, but my order is still processing and my card hasn't even been charged yet, nor does it show up on my bank account. I know I have the worst luck in the world, but damn can something go my way once ? Lol. Welp.
 
I know how frustrating that must be. At this point I think you would just like to see any progress.

All I can say is to hang tight, they most likely start moving more orders to PFS next Monday and they would still have time to get it to you by launch date.
What pisses me off is that, most of yesterday I WAS PFS, then during the evening I got switched back to processing! :(

Yay, just signed up with MyUps and have signed up for tracking. I also see the phone in my profile. Package status says:

China 09/19/2015 8:08 A.M. Order Processed: Ready for UPS​

Tried to see what options I had for delivery and was asked to wait and try again in 30 minutes on the tracking page. May end up calling UPS customer care to find out what they think the best option is.

For viewing in the profile:
  • Go to http://supportprofile.apple.com
  • Sign in with your Apple ID / account
  • You should see all your devices and hopefully the new iPhone 6s (Plus) that you've ordered
For those that want to track by reference (typically available after it shows up in the profile):
  • Go to http://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track
  • Select the 'Track by Reference' tab/option on the left
  • In the 'Shipment Reference' use the phone number that you used for the order (I just gave my 10 digit phone number without the country code 1 and it worked!) OR use the order number minus the last two digits
Note: The above is UPS only but your package my arrive via Fedex or other carriers. My order was placed around 7 minutes past midnight on Sep 12th on the west coast.

I am right there with you. Order confirmation at 3:07 AM. 6S Plus 128 GB Silver. No charge on my CC, no PFS, nothing in support profile and no tracking. I have preordered every iPhone, that could be preorder and I preorder the Apple Watch and everything has arrived on the launch day. Sometimes I have moved to PFS early and more times, it has been just a couple of days before the launch. I wouldn't worry unless Apple contacts you with an issue.

Wahoo!!! Got UPS info.

One question. I signed up for alt delivery (hold at store) but on the right side it shows my home address. Is that normal to not show the special address yet?

6s 64gb SG. Got the preparing for shipment and used reference number to find tracking information. Thanks to those who gave info on how to find by reference number. Now to find more information on the other line's order ... 128gb SG 6s+ ordered via att ( they messed me up last year and put me on next 18 instead of 12 and then couldn't change it so I had to borrow upgrade from another line and will just sell my current 6+)
 
Still processing, i hope this somehow works out to mean mines stateside and will ship fedex. i most likely won't be home to receive friday and there is a fedex store on campus where ill be all day. i believe the closest UPS store is like 20 or 30 min away.

Same situation here. iPhone 6s+ 128 Rose Gold. Got billed and my order is ready for shipment. Nothing on the support page and nothing can be found using the reference number on UPS. Hoping this changes
