WTF is going on ? I pre ordered right at 3am Sunday and have an delivery date of 9/25, but my order is still processing and my card hasn't even been charged yet, nor does it show up on my bank account. I know I have the worst luck in the world, but damn can something go my way once ? Lol. Welp.
It's just a phone. Not the end of the world. Relax and live a little
It's all part of the excitement every year. We get on here and talk about our orders and what stage it's in. It's because we love the hype. No harm.
 
Is there anyone that is preparing to ship that hasn't been able to locate tracking or your phone is not showing in your support profile?
 
Can some one please explain how you guys are tracking with reference? I am logged onto to UPS and I am a MyChoice customer I clicked "track by reference" entered my 10 digit phone number that I used when ordering through Apple and I am not getting anything other than >>>UPS could not locate the shipment details for your request. Verify your information and try again.

Also my phone does not show in the support profile however it's PFS with a 9/25 delivery.

once it shows up in your support profile you should be able to get tracking number from UPS

Hmmm... now should I redirect my shipment to the local UPS Store or UPS Customer Center? I'm guessing that it'll be available earlier at the CC, but it's farther away... First world problems, I guess.

You might want to not do the store, last year when people were trying to do that it gave the notice that directing to a UPS store (instead of CC) would add a day to delivery.

One question. I signed up for alt delivery (hold at store) but on the right side it shows my home address. Is that normal to not show the special address yet?
Mine says the same thing. I think it's because the hold request isn't complete yet. It will update once the request is processed by UPS. That's been my past experience with hold at location.
 
FYI - You can also use your order number (minus the last two digits) for tracking by reference too.
Your talking about the order number through Apple correct? I just tried that and didn't get a hit. What date ranges are you guys using and also do you need to fill out the destination zip code and country?

Yeah I ordered 2 phones one for me and my brother, my brothers is showing up on my ups and on support profile, mine isn't showing on any of those, soon though I'm assuming

I just spoke to them via chat and the rep told me she herself has an October delivery date and got put into Preparing for shipment and then back into processing. Apparently the system is having issues.

Same. I was in Preparing all afternoon yesterday. Then sometime in the evening I got switched back to Processing and don't have any tracking info, nothing in support profile, nothing at all.
