once it shows up in your support profile you should be able to get tracking number from UPS
Me. It should happen soon though. If you're quoted the 25th you'll have it the 25th! People always panic around this time.. Lol

I didn't imply that anyone was complaining. I was just stating that I wasn't.
You might want to not do the store, last year when people were trying to do that it gave the notice that directing to a UPS store (instead of CC) would add a day to delivery.
Mine says the same thing. I think it's because the hold request isn't complete yet. It will update once the request is processed by UPS. That's been my past experience with hold at location.
Your talking about the order number through Apple correct? I just tried that and didn't get a hit. What date ranges are you guys using and also do you need to fill out the destination zip code and country?
Yeah I ordered 2 phones one for me and my brother, my brothers is showing up on my ups and on support profile, mine isn't showing on any of those, soon though I'm assuming
Hmmm should I be concerned that I went from preparing to ship back to processing? Should I just wait it out or should I call in and check on my order? Anyone have any advice on this?
I just spoke to them via chat and the rep told me she herself has an October delivery date and got put into Preparing for shipment and then back into processing. Apparently the system is having issues.

My estimated delivery is still 9/25. No tracking info yet with ups and nothing in support profile
Same. I was in Preparing all afternoon yesterday. Then sometime in the evening I got switched back to Processing and don't have any tracking info, nothing in support profile, nothing at all.
