Obviously.. he knows it will come by the 9/25. What WE all want to know... if for a glimmer of hope it will come early.

Speak for yourself. I can't afford for mine to come early. We have made specific plans to take off the 25th to wait all day for the iphones and it would be a pretty ****** outcome for it to come early.

I just got my iPad mini 4 on Friday, which also shipped via UPS. So when I search by reference using my phone number, it just pulls up that iPad order. If there were multiple orders tied to the same reference number, should I expect to see both shipments pull up? Or will I just not be able to search via reference?

Chances are good that I just don't have a tracking number at all yet because my order is still processing. But I'm curious anyway! :)

Then perhaps they don't have your order info yet, if it does that

This is all I've received so far:

We’re contacting you to let you know your package may arrive later than expected. We apologize, and we’re working hard to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible.

6S Black 64 ordered 9/12 6am mst U.S. Processing 9/25 delivery. no pending charge. not looking good.

Mystery solved. the delay was for the case on the same order which arrived on time. Still on schedule for the 25th.

I ordered a few minutes after midnight and have a big fat goose egg so far: stuck in processing, no tracking by reference, no support profile.

So the waiting continues...

For those with UPS my choice how can I setup alerts for once a shipping label is created with my address? I don't see the option to do this.

I got my order confirmation email at 2:40 am local time (Central) so 40 minutes after preorders officially opened.

Thanks. I received my order confirmation email at 2:06, I ordered at 2:05.. So, I got the email pretty quickly. So..Apple processing orders by location rules out that theory. What model did you order?

Which phone did you get? I ordered just after midnight, too. Rose Gold, 128, 6S+ and mine was charged and moved to "Preparing for Shipment" yesterday. 9/18. There's nothing in my support profile yet though.

Would changing my shipping address to "deliver at a neighbors" right now, delay shipping? It fits the criteria, its within walking distance of my place. I work literally across the street from my place, but may not be at my home at the time of the delivery, but most likely will be at work across the street.

Since the change in shipping is so minimal, would it delay shipping?

I understand that UPS cant give a timeline of what time they will deliver on 9/25 but is there a way to figure out where my apartment is in relation to the route? is it at the beginning, middle or tail end of the route? Is there a way to find this out?

UK here, changed to Preparing for Dispatch on Thursday and noticed them in my support profile today. What steps do I need to take in order to track this as I have not got a reference number. Or simply to find out which serial number is for which device? (One is 64GB and the other 128GB)

Not really. Best hope is to judge by what has been delivered to you in the past.
