Mine is also Customer Care center. I also have several 'access point' options including a bike store and a UPS Store but I know I can get it the earliest at the Customer Care center - mine opens at 8:30 and should be there then.

Last year, I got a 'out for delivery' update when the phone was checked into the CCCC. That was a little confusing because I wasn't sure if the hold got missed, but was hoping it meant it was ready at the counter, which it was.
For my watch, I got a notice that it was 'ready for pickup'. Both times it was that morning just before the CCC opened at 8:30.

Yeah, I have a LOT of packages held at my local UPS CC as they often don't deliver until 5 or later at my home. I get all kinds of odd status messages that say out for delivery, on a truck, etc etc but so far they have always been properly held.

You honestly want us to believe an apple employee said dammit? That doesn't even look real to begin with. There is also no such thing as "prepared to ship".

Whether or not you "believe it" or not if I say this, I don't really care about what you have to say, at all. Because as you can see, I'm not proving **** to you. But I don't know what makes you think I'd sit around creating a fake chat with me and a specialist. I actually have a life.

Yea i don't see customer care center in any of the options.
There is:
UPS Store
Authorized Shipping Outlet
Retail Chains
Drop Box

Hey everyone worrying, just because your phone is in Processing or PFS does not mean you aren't getting it Friday. UPS can ship from China to your house in a day and a half if nothing goes wrong. And that's assuming Apple is shipping straight from China, they might be staging some from distribution centers in the US.

Also, you won't have tracking available until after an actual label has been created, PFS does not mean that the label has been printed yet.

I am starting to get a little worried. I am glad people's phones are going to preparing for shipment, to shipping.... But mine has been preparing since Friday! Still nothing in my support profile, still nothing in UPS, they have their money... Hope I am worrying about nothing!
I'm same as you. Still not worried, but I am now boarding the impatient boat.

It's funny because I live in York, PA and Harrisburg is right up the road and I think I know where there stashing these phones drove by earlier and they have it guarded like Fort Knox.

My order is PFS, but I was wondering if I can make a plan change or do I have to wait to receive the phone? I'm currently on Verizon.

Odd. My iPhone 6S+ is preparing for shipment, but my iPhone 6S is still processing, although I ordered the 6S earlier than the 6S+.
Same here, but the opposite for me. 6S+ is still in processing, though the AC+ got charged. The 6S, which I ordered a few seconds after, is already PFS.

Yeah you have to wait until you activate the phone on your account since you can't make changes while there's a change in progress.
