I know the UPS guy who delivers packages in my area. I’ve been seeing him making deliveries for quite some time. I wanted to get my phone early. I jokingly said, “hey buddy, tomorrow my package is coming, I owe you a drink.”

It’s not delivered yet. Guess, he is coming late night cause you don’t drink during office hours. Huh 🙁

Mine just went past my street too. Using this damnable Follow My Delivery (As It Repeatedly Bypasses Me) tool may have been a serious mistake.

Yes Follow My Delivery is torture, once again, for the fourth time today, the UPS truck is about 500 feet away.

same here, been doing businesses all morning but now in some nearby rural suburbs to me will be here by 2-3 PM

Picked both phones up at my CC at 9:12am (they don't open till 9am). Not a single person in line and was in and out in less than a minute. Woohoo!

UPS CC opened at 8am... but they were still unloading trucks and scanning stuff, according to the clerks... despite the fact that I had received text messages that all 3 items were "ready to pickup". Same thing happened last year, so I was prepared... went to McDonalds and grabbed a coffee and chilled for about 20 minutes... went back and waited in line - about 3 people ahead of me... but the lady at the counter remembered me and had my stuff pulled out of the warehouse and set aside for me. In and out in 5 minutes.

Always a good experience.

I wished them well and we joked about "that guy" who was going to go postal when something wasn't ready... but they are good, hard working people, and deserve a bit of respect. Thanks, Brown. Ya done good by me (again).

And I’m not getting mine until Monday. I took today off to sign for this thing. They won’t even hold it for me. They sent it to Plattsburgh instead of Potsdam and now I can’t get it until it goes to Potsdam first. They literally have to drive by my house to get from Plattsburgh to Potsdam.

My UPS guy keeps getting further away from my house. I don’t understand why I’m even on this route, this guy is like 20 miles away

My route starts from over an hour away from where I live.

My Max is nearly 4500 miles away from my house (Kentucky > Kauai) and won't be here till Monday. Talked to Apple and they couldn't/wouldn't offer me anything, not even a damn $9 dongle. Now I guess I'll try calling UPS

I live in a townhome community and he pulled into the community and made deliveries and then kept on driving by me. At some point, I understand some packages have guaranteed deliveries but UPS should know that isn't efficient at all.

I’m cracking up at how fun it is to follow my delivery truck. I feel like such a creeper lol. Currently mine is a few streets away. I keep refreshing over and over....

A lot of people are bashing UPS but it seems like they are doing anything and everything to get these out. Phones are arriving at hubs a lot later then most send trucks out and a lot of people seem to still have them going out at 10 and 11 o'clock

I have been one of the biggest defenders on here ensuring people that everything will work out just fine and they are quick and are able to process everything… My phone landed in Anchorage at midnight and the last phoenix bound plane left an hour late at 4 AM...and my phone wasn’t on it. So now I get to sit around all day Saturday waiting. Not the end of the world but bummed nonetheless.

Me too. Stuck in Shenzhen tracking with a delivery date of 9/21.

Two new updates:

9/19/2018 2:31 P.M. The package is at the clearing agency awaiting final release.
9/21/2018 1:34 A.M. Your package was released by the customs agency. ​

Does not give me any time zone information, so no way to know whose customs agency caused the delay - export (China) or import (US). Wonder if it is China customs giving US the finger for the trade/tariff war?
