Apple.com Order Status Change. What To Expect?

mine has been "preparing for shipment" for about 24 hours looking forward to that next email

I never received a email regarding the status change from 'Processing Items' to 'Preparing for Shipment'.

no I did not I cliked on the original email and clicked the order number out of curiousity and I noticed it now said something like not eligible to cancel and than I noticed it also say Preparing to Ship

Mine was less than 12 hours.

some people are saying 12-24 hours I have been about 24 hours give or take and it has not changed to Ship yet, will report back when it does

was there an email when it changed to Shipped or did you use the original order confirmation email and click the order number to see the new status?

When was your estimated shipping date?

It was 10-17 October, changing to 7-10 October earlier this week. Now on track to arrive October 1st

Mine was 3-4 weeks from Apple.com, set to deliver Oct 13-20. Space Gray/128gig/6+/AT&T.

It went from processing (could cancel) to preparing for shipment (could not cancel) on Thursday, then shipped this morning. Apple's email says that it will be delivered on Oct 6.

UPS does not say when it will be delivered, I m hoping it will be sooner.

UPS now says it will be delivered Thursday, Oct 2!

Thank you for all the advice guys. My phone has just hit US soil and I should receive it by Thursday! The anticipation is overwhelming!

Mine says the exact same thing but now it appears to be seemingly stuck in Alaska with no departure scan to its name. Weird....
